Sophie-Rose (SR) is a Pilates Instructor and owner of SR Pilates, a private studio based in the heart of Notting Hill. Inspired by her mother, who was a key figure in the 80’s aerobics movement, SR decided to take her favourite hobby, Pilates, to a new level. Certified in Fully Comprehensive Classical Pilates, inspired by Joseph’s teachings, Pilates quickly became SR’s passion and purpose. SR went on to work in London’s most notable studios (180 Health Club & Nobu Pilates) before founding her own studio in W10.

Her clients include Alighieri Jewellery, Adanola, Alex Eagle Sporting Club and Prism London, to name a few.
